Satellite Services
SimbaCom was founded in 2005 to provide a rapid-deployment team of highly trained and security-cleared Field Service Representatives (FSRs) anywhere in the world, usually within 72 hours. Partnering with some of the biggest players in the satcom industry today, SimbaCom has only grown its reputation for providing real-time, on-the-ground systems engineering, logistics, and on-site maintenance and support. Our FSRs are available for extended assignments both domestically as well as in austere and hazardous “down-range” environments, such as Iraq and Afghanistan. They are usually fully self-sufficient in the field.
Most of our technicians have extensive military backgrounds in addition to in-depth satellite communications training in satellite engineering, global telecommunications, Internet Protocol (IP), and “outside-the-wire” operations and field maintenance and support services. We have a focus on keeping all our satellite technicians up-to-date on the latest products and protocols.

SimbaCom is aggressively expanding its capabilities in the field of emergency response. We are able to deploy small teams within days—even hours— of a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, tornado, or flood anywhere along the Eastern Seaboard. Partnering with local law-enforcement agencies, we can quickly establish satellite communications to augment damaged or over-extended existing channels. Our crews can also assist with inter-agency communications and logistics. Our teams arrive fully self-sufficient and prepared to provide aid wherever needed for however long they are needed.
